Privacy policy

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number and delivery address when you order, and what you bought. We never see or store your card details; payments are handled by Paystack.

Why we use it

To deliver your order, send you order and delivery updates, and answer your questions. We only send offers if you have agreed, and every offer message tells you how to stop them.

Offers and news

If you sign up for offers, we keep your email or mobile number, the date you signed up and where on the site you did it. We use it only to send Knovon offers and news, at most a few times a month. To stop, message us on WhatsApp and we remove you within 7 days. Not signing up never affects your orders.

Accounts and reviews

An account is optional. If you create one, we keep your name, email, mobile number and orders so you can see them in one place. Your password is stored scrambled, so nobody at Knovon can read it. If you write a review, we show the name you choose, your rating and your words, and keep your order number with it so we know you bought the product. To close your account or remove a review, message us on WhatsApp.

Site statistics and error reports

We count visits and measure how fast pages load with Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. If something on the site breaks, an error report goes to Sentry so we can fix it. These reports leave out your name, phone number, address, cookies and anything you typed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by messaging us. We complete deletion requests within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop, such as payment, delivery and messaging providers, under written data-protection agreements.
